RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMS OF RETURN
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. legal.
The customer can return to Inès & Zoé one or more items of the said order.
The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is at his own risk.
The customer acknowledges that additional customs fees related to the return of a product from abroad will be the responsibility of the customer.
Inès & Zoé recommends being vigilant about tracking the return package and encourages the customer to keep solid proof of shipment (preferably with tracking). The customer can choose the carrier of his choice.
Items returned by the customer must be new, unworn, unused or having been subject to any use whatsoever. Items must be returned in sturdy, protective packaging.
If the item is returned in non-protective packaging and is damaged Inès & Zoé will not issue refunds.
Failure to comply with these return conditions, the package will be returned to the customer at his expense and will not result in any refund.
Upon receipt of the return of the order, the seller will issue a refund, excluding the initial shipping costs (within 15 days).

Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, the refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for payment of the initial order.
