1) APPLICATIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders for products and services placed via the site.

5) DELIVERIES
The products ordered on the Inès & Zoé website are delivered within the deadlines indicated on the website at the time of the order confirmation. These times are given for information only and correspond to the average processing and delivery time of the package.
It is up to the customer to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery and to make any justified complaints if the package is likely to have been damaged. Any open or incomplete package should not be accepted by the customer. Write down your reservations with precision to be entered on the delivery note.
Products can be delivered worldwide Inès & Zoé cannot deliver to a hotel address.
Inès & Zoé delivers orders within a maximum of 15 working days in mainland France and a maximum of 20 working days internationally. This delivery time is counted from the day after the validation of the order.
Any change of address by the customer after validation of an order will result in a delay in delivery, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
Our carriers are all affiliated with the La Poste Group.
Inès & Zoé and the carriers being separate and independent entities, Inès & Zoé cannot be held responsible for any delay and error in delivery or loss of parcels attributable to LA POSTE.
Delivery is the responsibility of the customer and according to the rates of the carriers in force and offered by the site at the time of purchase if the place of delivery is not in the aforementioned country/countries.
The customer must pay customs duties and all taxes relating to the importation of the products into the country of the place of delivery. The customer is solely responsible for the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the rights of the territory of the country of delivery.
6) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMS OF RETURN
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. legal.

If the item is returned in non-protective packaging and is damaged, Inès & Zoé will not issue a refund.
Failure to comply with these return conditions, the package will be returned to the customer at his expense and will not result in any refund.
Upon receipt of the return of the order, the seller will issue a refund, excluding the initial shipping costs (within 15 days).
The customer must indicate by email to inesetzoebijoux.contact@gmail.com the reasons for the return.
Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, the refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for payment of the initial order.
It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. You will need to place a new order.

The “Inès & Zoé” brand is a registered trademark. No license or authorization to reproduce is granted on the aforementioned brand or on any other brand used by the Company or its co-contractors.
9) APPLICABLE LAW, LANGUAGE AND DISPUTES
The French language prevails for interpretation in the event of translation of the site and the general conditions of sale.

10) RETURNS POLICY
Send us an email at mayanabijoux.contact@gmail.com to let us know you want to return your purchase and give us the reason so that we can improve your experience as much as possible.
You have 14 days to return one or more items to us from receipt of the order.
We make the refund upon receipt of your return. To obtain it, the returned items must be new, unworn, unused or having been the subject of any use whatsoever. Items must be returned in protective packaging. Returned items that are damaged will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
